All products are handmade in the UK using natural materials (antler, leather, wood), upcycled materials (shotgun cartridges, bullet ends) and REACH‑compliant metal components.

Technical documentation, risk assessments, and traceability records are maintained and available to EU market surveillance authorities upon request.

Delivery to the EU

Orders are shipped via UPS Express Saver.

  • Western Europe: 1–3 business days from the Glasgow/Inverness UPS depots

  • Southern Europe: +2 additional business days

  • From our workshop: Parcels may take up to 1 week to be collected and scanned into the Glasgow/Inverness depots due to our rural Highlands location.

Tracking updates begin once UPS receives the parcel at the depot.

Customs, Duties & Import VAT

EU customers are responsible for all import charges.

For orders under €150

  • Flat customs fee: €3

  • Import VAT: 19–25%, depending on the destination country

  • Courier handling fee: varies by UPS country hub

For orders over €150

(Only applies to the Antler Whisky Flight)

  • Standard tariff rate: 0–17%, depending on the EU nation

  • Import VAT: 19–25%

  • Courier handling fee: varies by UPS country hub

The customer is fully responsible for all customs fees, courier handling fees, VAT, and any other costs associated with importing goods into the EU.

Returns

Returns from the EU must be sent back DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

Any return‑related customs fees or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
